New Patient Comprehensive Dental Exam

We want you to know what to expect when you see us for the first time! The new patient exam appointment will take an hour if you choose to just have your exam. If you choose to have your new patient exam and your hygiene appointment as well, please know that we will take 2 hours to do a thorough workup as a new patient in our practice.  

Each patient is different and we will customize your treatment after addressing your chief concerns and treatment needs. Our doctors will discuss your case with you and often you will be seen by a team of our doctors to give you the very best in treatment.

Our treatment coordinators will discuss steps and services that are offered and/or necessary.

Your comprehensive exam will include a full look at your oral health and medical and dental history. We will take a set of digital records using our 3D technology to analyze hard tissue and soft tissue structures and take photos of your teeth and smile to review with you. We are here to be your partners in health, to keep you healthy and looking your best!

Beth was my hygentist today. She welcomed me with a heated pad for the back of my neck and covered my shirt with a soft towel before adding the splash protection. She was gentle and thorough using a water pick prior to using the metal pick. This was to clear any bacteria first. We had a nice... conversation. Beth was born in Iowa but she is much too ladylike to live on a farm. Her husband is an insurance unwriter from Memphis. They have 2 boys ages 8 and 10. They left Kansas City to move closer to their favorite vacation place - Pawleys Is. And some of their family followed. Beth has hazel eyes that as she says looks like a muddy river.
