Always a good experience with Randy!! I have back issues and she ensures that I am comfortable in the chair. She will work as quickly as possible and angle the chair so there is little pressure on my back. She also provides a warming neck wrap. Beth was my hygentist today. She welcomed me with a heated pad for the back of my neck and covered my shirt with a soft towel before adding the splash protection. She was gentle and thorough using a water pick prior to using the metal pick. This was to clear any bacteria first. We had a nice... conversation. Beth was born in Iowa but she is much too ladylike to live on a farm. Her husband is an insurance unwriter from Memphis. They have 2 boys ages 8 and 10. They left Kansas City to move closer to their favorite vacation place - Pawleys Is. And some of their family followed. Beth has hazel eyes that as she says looks like a muddy river.
